Job description

MKT:

– Collect & set up client’s database, send monthly promotion to the clients.

-Join activities about researching products & market, inspection trip & farm trip to improve work effect – Research & suggest idea about new products that fits marketing campaign

– Collect, analyses market information, market research, competitor’s information, customer requirements.

– Predict market trend, suggest target product, target customer segment for company to aim to

– Handle e-marketing activities such as Facebook, website updates, forum seeding…

– Making marketing plan & action plan

 

Sales:

–  Managing a client portfolio

– Communicating with B2C clients, meeting their demands and requirements via skype, emails or phone

– Advising clients and keeping pace with the market news, global trends and the forthcoming products;

– Elaborating tour programs according to clients’ requests and following the Sales Department procedures

– Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) in order to boost sales;

– Making calculations and sending quotations

– Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour programs created

– Attending team meeting

 

Operator:

  • Contact with travel agents, suppliers of the company and get the contract rates, product content
  • Corresponding and advising clients (overseas tour operators, and travel agents)
  • Working with the operations to coordinate ground operations and other tour itinerary requests.
  • Advising the operations Department on all aspects of business if needed
  • Make quotations and reconfirm bookings with clients
  • Make reservations with local suppliers, restaurants and hotels
  • Issue invoices for each booking and assist accounting department with regards to payment
  • Ensure all sales are reported to in system or your sales report if any.
  • Daily Report, Weekly, Monthly Report to Operations Manager
  • Holding hotline 24/7 to solve any issues happening to clients

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.
Strong Microsoft, Excel skills
Good attitude, well organized, hard working, with the ability to work as part of a team and a team leader
Experience with a tour operator is a distinct advantage
Affinity with travel industry and knowledge of Vietnam and surrounding countries
Ability to work under pressure and timeline
Benefit:

– 44(22 for part time) hours per week with flexible time option (8h30 – 12h30/morning & 13h30 – 17h30: afternoon; off: Saturday afternoon & Sunday)

Currently we are looking for enthusiastic members to join our team in three positions: part-time Sales Executive, part-time Online Marketing & Customer Services, and full-time Tour Operator.

Part-time SALES EXECUTIVE

–  Manage client portfolios;

– Work directly with B2C clients, meet their demands & requirements;

– Advise clients & keeping pace with market news, global trends & forthcoming products;

– Elaborate tour programs based on clients’ requests;

– Collect marketing documents & provide additional information to clients (about destination & products) in order to boost sales;

– Calculate & send quotations;

– Co-operate closely with operation, marketing & accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of tour programs;

Part-time ONLINE MARKETING & CUSTOMER SERVICES

– Provide required contents to support SEO team;

– Manage, build valued contents & interact actively on social networks & forums;

– Build & update website contents;

– Collect client’s database & send monthly promotion;

– Research new products that meets company’s target;

– Collect & analyse market information, market segment, competitors; information & customer requirements;

– Work closely with TripAdvisor;

– Perform customer care & follow-up activities;

– Make marketing plan & action plan, and handle other online marketing activities;

Full-time TOUR OPERATOR

– Advise Operation Department on all aspects of business;

– Contact with travel agents & suppliers to get contract rates;

– Make reservations with local suppliers, restaurants and hotels;

– Advise & correspond with clients;

– Make quotations and reconfirm bookings with clients;

– Coordinate ground operations and other tour itinerary requests;

– Issue invoices for each booking and assist accounting department with regards to payment;

– Ensure that all sales are recorded. Make daily, weekly, monthly report to Operation Manager;

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

– Excellent command of written and spoken English;

– Strong Microsoft Offices skill;

– Good attitude, well-organized, hard-working, flexible, creative, able to work as part of a team and a team leader;

– Ability to work under pressure and timeline;

– Have knowledge in travel & hospitality industry;

– Experience with a tour operator is a distinct advantage;
